For distances outside Zone 4 or further I require a minimum booking number of 3 people and may charge extra for travel costs.
Central London weddings during peak season require a minimum booking of 3 people.
Please feel free to contact me with the location of the wedding and where the trial will take place and I will let you know if I  cover your area.

Which Products do you use?
I use a wide range of both professional cosmetics and good quality high street names such as; Chanel, Christian Dior, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Laura Mercier etc.
If you have any special requirements, please let me know.

Can I book a trial on a weekend?
I offer trials on Monday to Friday in the Evening. Given enough notice I may be able to accommodate a weekend. Please be sure to book in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How long will the trial take?
I like to allow between 2 and 3 hours for the trial. This is the average time that it takes, but it may be less or more, The main aim is to be sure that you are entirely happy with the look that I create.

What do you need from me for the trial?
I will have my make up (and hair tools in necessary)with me, so all I will need from you is a room with good light, a table and a chair (a high chair if possible).
Please wear no make-up and have clean dry hair (it doesn’t have to be freshly washed as long as the roots are not greasy).
If you have any photos of hair styles and make-up looks that you like, please keep them together for me, so I can get a good idea of the look that you’re after. Setting up a pintrest page can also be helpful.

How can I secure your services for my wedding day?
Please contact me for a booking form.
I require a non-refundable deposit of £100 to secure my hair and make-up services for your wedding date.

How much do I pay on the day of the trial
The price of your hair and make-up trial is £100. Please see my prices page for other trial costs.
If you are happy with the result of the trial, and would like to book me for your wedding day, I will require a £100 deposit to secure your booking. This sum will be deducted from the total bill.
Should you change your mind and decide not to use my services, please let me know within seven days after your trial, as following this time, the deposit will be non-refundable.

How long will the hair and make-up take on the wedding day?
Because of my many years experience, I am more than able to create the look that you and your bridesmaids desire, without compromising time on the wedding day.
In general, I like to allow an hour the bride’s hair and make-up and approximately forty-five minutes for each extra person who requires both hair and make-up.  Timings will be carefully worked out after your trial when we have established the style that you require and the number of people in your bridal party.
If you are getting married early in the day and have many bridesmaids, I may need to bring a colleague with me to assist. This is of no extra cost to you.

Will I need to “touch up” my make-up on the day?
Your make-up  should last you well throughout the day.  I would recommend reapplying your lipstick from time to time.  If you are prone to shine, I would recommend carrying a compact translucent face powder or some face blotting paper, to reduce any shine on the forehead and nose during the day.
If you are unsure what to get, I am happy to give advice.

What happens if you are sick or have an accident?
In the highly unlikely event that I am unable to make the booking due to illness or any personal emergency, I will try to find you a replacement make-up artist (and hair stylist). I am in touch with several highly trained hair and make-up artists, who could be available to step in. I take detailed notes and photos on the trial day so that your look can be re-created.
In the event that I cannot find anyone else available that I would recommend, then the full extent of my liabilities’ would be to give you a full refund.
